today we had another photoshop lesson but today we had Will Crisp and he's a really good teacher because he can put things into really simple terms and has a really good way of explaining things. i missed the last session with him but i am quite used to using photoshop so i manged to pick it up quite quickly. first he got us to do drawings just onto white paper with black pens, not Biro's though, we then scanned them in and used the magic wand tool to pick areas and fill them all with colours. we then made them into shapes and created repeat patterns with them. i have decided to make like a technical file with all photoshop stuff in it so i remember how to do things easily, and also it will mean i could easily read it because it will be in my terms and written like i know what i mean. it was really helpful because before the session i was totally freaking out because we only have about 10 days to get our scarf designs in ready to be printed. i now am not so worried about it and know what i want to do in my head its just getting it actually done that will take time.
